Damaged Framed Artwork (Domestic Shipping Only)

We deliver framed paintings and ready-to-hang canvases exclusively within Pakistan. If your framed artwork arrives damaged:

Report Within 48 Hours:

  • Email clear photos of.

      • The damaged artwork.

      • The shipping package (exterior and interior).

    • Include your order number and a brief description.

Free Replacement:

Non-Returnable Items

Rolled Canvas Art (All Regions):

  • Rolled paintings are carefully packed in hard plastic tubes for safety. Once dispatched, they cannot be returned due to customization risks.

Handmade Artwork:

  • No returns for bespoke pieces (e.g., custom Arabic calligraphy, Sufism paintings).

  • Corrections Offered: Found an error? We’ll fix it free of charge!

International Orders

  • Framed Artwork: Not available for international shipping.

  • Rolled Canvases: Non-returnable but insured against transit damage.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Tailor-made art (e.g., personalized names, specific verses) is final sale.

  • Minor Flaws: Slight variations in handmade art (e.g., brushstrokes) are part of its uniqueness.

How We Prevent Damage

  • Framed Art: Wrapped in plastic, secured in double-walled boxes, and fortified with corner guards.

  • Rolled Canvases: Packed in rigid tubes with waterproof lining.

Note: This policy applies only to domestic orders in Pakistan.
